The prize highlights Mr. Crawford’s outstanding contribution to the rising momentum of Québec alcoholic beverages in international markets. Since it was founded in 2000, Domaine Pinnacle has garnered worldwide acclaimed and is enjoyed in more than 25 countries in America, Asia and Europe.

Mr. Sylvain Dufour, Sales and Marketing Vice President at Fruit d'Or, is the winner of Québec’s 2006 Food Export Award for Excellence. A seasoned and visionary businessman, Mr. Dufour has made Fruit d’Or a leader in cranberry processing. His drive has led to the development of export markets in 25 countries over the past five years.

Mr. Jamaleddine is the winner of Québec’s 2005 Food Export Award for Excellence. In 1999, Mr. Jamaleddine chose Québec to establish the first couscous processing company in Canada. His objective was to offer a top-of-the-line couscous made of Canadian wheat, reputed for its high quality. Since then, Zinda Products Canada has expanded to international markets such as the United States, Morocco, France, Belgium, Italy and the Middle East. Mr. Jamaleddine is the winner of Québec’s 2005 Food Export Award for Excellence.
